You can book accommodation using the booking form on our website: vita.augustow.pl/en/book

Online payments are processed by Autopay S.A.

Available payment methods:

• Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro

You may cancel your booking in accordance with the terms agreed during the booking process.

The payment made towards the booking constitutes earnest money (Polish: zadatek) within the meaning of Art. 394 of the Polish Civil Code. If you cancel your stay, the earnest money is non-refundable; upon request, we may transfer it to another date. If the booking cannot be fulfilled for reasons attributable to us or for reasons beyond the control of both parties, the earnest money is settled in accordance with Art. 394 of the Polish Civil Code.

If a refund is due, we will return the funds to the bank account linked to the payment card used for the payment. We process refunds within 14 days.

We will respond within 14 calendar days of receiving the complaint.

Accommodation services provided for specific stay dates are not subject to the right to withdraw from the contract (Art. 38 item 12 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).

This means that once specific dates have been booked, there is no 14-day right to a refund — please choose your dates carefully.

In addition to accommodation services, we also sell digital content in PDF format. The paid planner is currently available exclusively in Polish and is not offered on this version of the website.

Delivery: after the payment has been credited, we send the file to the email address provided at purchase — usually on the same working day and always within 24 hours of the payment being credited. If the file has not arrived, contact us at biuro@vita.augustow.pl — we will resend it.

Withdrawal from the contract: when purchasing digital content, you consent to its delivery before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw once the file has been delivered (Art. 38 item 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).

Complaints concerning digital content: if a file does not conform to the contract (e.g. it is damaged, incomplete or inconsistent with the description), contact us — we will bring it into conformity or, if that is impossible, refund your payment. We will respond within 14 days.

Price and sales document: prices shown on product pages are gross consumer prices and include all taxes. We will issue an invoice upon request made at the time of purchase — write to biuro@vita.augustow.pl and provide the invoice details.

We process the data provided during booking, purchase and payment in accordance with our privacy policy.

If, after we have considered your complaint, you disagree with our position, as a consumer you may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims — including mediation before the provincial Trade Inspection authority, a permanent arbitration court at the Provincial Trade Inspection Inspectorate (WIIH), or free assistance from a district or municipal consumer ombudsman.

Access to these procedures is explained by the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl. Their use is voluntary for both parties.
