How does the earnest-money payment work?
An earnest-money payment of 30% of the total value of the stay is due within 48 hours of booking (by bank transfer or online via PayNow). The balance is payable on site — by card or cash. For bookings made through Booking, prepayment is subject to Booking's terms.
What if it rains?
Billiards, table tennis, gym and sauna (extra charge of 400 zł/2 h) on site. Nearby attractions: Muzeum Pogranicza Augustów, the sanctuary in Studzieniczna and a cruise with Żegluga Augustowska.
Can I have a half-board evening meal?
Optional — 65 zł/person/night. Always order one day in advance, no later than 10:00. Ms Iwona prepares home-style food using local produce — she shops for fresh ingredients in the morning, hence the 10:00 deadline.
