Submit your booking and pay
After submitting your booking, proceed to payment by BLIK, Visa/Mastercard or online bank transfer. Payments are processed by Autopay S.A. (paynow).
Wait for confirmation
Your booking is considered paid once the payment has been completed successfully. You will receive confirmation by email, usually within 5 minutes.
Booking terms
Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 11:00. For an earlier arrival or later departure, please ask at reception.
Cancellation
The payment made towards the booking is earnest money (Polish: zadatek) within the meaning of Art. 394 of the Polish Civil Code — if you cancel, it is non-refundable; upon request, we may transfer it to another date. Details are provided in the confirmation.
One-night stay
For a one-night stay, we add 50% to the room price (preparation costs — cleaning and laundering bed linen).
Extra beds
Extra bed: 100 zł/night with breakfast. Baby cot: 50 zł/night. Please request these when booking.
Included in your stay
Breakfast, the beach, kayaks, pedal boats, the tennis court, rackets and balls, parking and Wi-Fi are included in your stay. Extras are shown separately.
Resort fee
The resort fee is charged in accordance with the resolution of the Augustów municipality and is payable at reception.
Secure online payments
Payments are processed by Autopay S.A. (paynow) — a licensed payment operator supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).
Once your payment has been completed, your booking is confirmed — you do not need to do anything else. Confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.
