Looking for a place where nobody knocks on your door at 7 a.m., neighbours' children do not run along the corridor and you do not share the sauna with 30 other guests? VITA has 19 rooms by Lake Necko — an intimate accommodation property, not a hotel with 300 beds. Evenings are quiet here, with water as the only sound.
Our sauna is right by the lake, while the garden hot tub is surrounded by greenery. We confirm the private nature of each session, its date, time, what is included and the price separately before arrival. Afterwards, you can walk down to Lake Necko, then enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the morning — with local produce, homemade preserves and coffee from the machine.

Kayaking for two
Kayak, pedal boat and rowing boat — free, with no time limit. Paddle across Lake Necko in the morning while the water is still smooth as glass. Life jackets in every size.
Breakfast at your own pace
Buffet breakfast from 8:30–10:00. Local produce, homemade preserves and coffee from the machine. One morning, you can eat on the terrace overlooking the lake.
Unlimited use of the tennis court
A floodlit court — play into the evening. Rackets and balls are included in your stay at no extra charge for VITA guests.
19 rooms, not 300
An intimate atmosphere — no entertainers, DJ or pool full of children. Instead, there is peace, a lake and space. Exactly what you come here for.

Two levels, two double beds and air conditioning. Panoramic roof windows overlooking Lake Necko. The most distinctive room in the property.
