Practical information — VITA Augustów

Arrival and your stay

Breakfast is served daily from 8:30 to 10:00 in the dining room.
Breakfast must be eaten on site. Need provisions for the road? We can prepare a takeaway pack: 30 zł/person; children under 10 — 15 zł. Order it the day before, no later than 10:00.
Home-style dinner: 65 zł/person per day; children under 10 — 40 zł. Served at 15:00. Order the day before, no later than 10:00. If you arrive after 10:00, order by phone or text message before arrival.
Dinner is one set menu of the day: soup and a main course. Our cook creates the menu from local produce and changes it daily, so we do not publish it in advance — ask reception about the meal served on a particular day.
For children under 10, we serve a half portion — soup and a smaller main course — for 40 zł instead of 65 zł. We do not offer a separate price for soup only or the main course only.
A child under 10 sleeping in the parents' bed without an extra bed: 25 zł per day with breakfast. The resort fee is charged separately.
Breakfast diets: breakfast is served buffet-style, so you compose your meal yourself at no extra charge. You may keep your own dietary products (e.g. gluten-free bread or plant-based milk) in the fridge in your room and bring them to breakfast.
A special-diet dinner (a separately cooked meal) costs an additional 30 zł/person per day. Please notify us of the diet no later than 7 days before arrival. The kitchen is not certified gluten-free (coeliac disease).

Kayaks, bicycles, a SUP board (refundable 200 zł deposit) and an illuminated tennis court (rackets and balls available on site).
Billiards (200 zł deposit), table tennis, gym and sports courts.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property — you will receive the password at check-in.
Free parking is available on the property (unsupervised).

Lakeside sauna or garden hot tub: 400 zł/2h — prepared exclusively by VITA staff; please let your hosts know if you would like to use it.
Lakeside bonfire: 100 zł for the first 2 hours; each additional hour or part thereof costs 50 zł. Firewood, roasting sticks and preparation of the fire pit are included.

Additional towels, pillows and duvets — simply ask your hosts.
Iron and ironing board — available to borrow from your hosts free of charge.
Baby cot: 50 zł/night. Extra bed: 100 zł/night with breakfast. Please request these when booking.

Families with children are very welcome — there is a playground, sports courts and a safe, fenced property on site. Ideas for your stay: For families and Attractions for children.

Only registered guests may be present on the VITA premises — this applies to the entire property: the building, beach, pier, tennis court, sports courts and garden. We do not accept visits from people without a booking and do not make the grounds or beach available to outside visitors. Please arrange to meet anyone who is not staying with us outside the property.
You may leave money, documents and valuables with your hosts for safekeeping.
For fire safety reasons, please do not use your own heaters, cookers or other heating appliances in the rooms (chargers and power supplies are fine).
The beach and lakeshore are unsupervised — swimming is at your own risk. Life jackets are available free of charge.

Augustów is a spa town, so we charge a resort fee: adults 6,00 zł; children up to 7 years old — 2,00 zł for each commenced day of the stay. Please pay in cash.
